Mr. Harris possesses more than 25 years of experience in financial institutions matters.  His practice experience encompasses representing banks, broker/dealers and investment advisors with state and federal securities and banking regulators and advising clients on the conduct of those businesses.  Mr. Harris has been active in the development and implementation of wealth management business models within financial institutions.  He also assists clients with business practices and policies, contract negotiations, and employment issues and policies.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harris served as general counsel of the retail broker/dealer of one of the nation's leading financial institutions.
