Mr. Parson's practice experience includes
representing individual and corporate clients in residential and
commercial real estate transactions, including the preparation and
negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, financing documents,
and leases for office and retail space. He has experience preparing
documents for the creation of planned communities and condominiums,
as well as representing clients in tax-free exchanges. Prior to
joining the firm, Mr. Parson practiced law in Asheville, North
Carolina.
