Ms. Andrews' practice experience encompasses a broad range of business law matters, including transactional matters, tax planning, and tax-exempt organizations. She regularly advises clients on the tax aspects of executive compensation, including compliance with Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code and represents clients in handling tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service.  Ms. Andrews also forms and advises tax-exempt organizations as well as applies for recognition of exemption from the Internal Revenue Service.  She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1993.
