Mr. Scholer's practice experience encompasses a broad range of intellectual property matters, with a concentration in computer telecommunication, medical device, automobile, and general electrical technologies.  He has extensive experience in patent prosecution, including searches, application preparation, filings, and responses to office actions.  Mr. Scholer has prior experience with the Foreign Technology Division of the United State Defense Intelligence Agency.  His practice is limited to federal patent law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office while his license to practice state law in North Carolina is pending.  Mr. Scholer is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
