Mr. Overholt is a retired Major General of the U.S. Army.  His practice experience encompasses federal and state government affairs.  Mr. Overholt advises clients on government contract, regulatory, and legislative issues and all aspects of military law.  He is experienced in federal administrative issues, including representation before all U.S. government agencies.   Mr. Overholt has been rated by his peers as being "preeminent" in his fields of law.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as the Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Army from 1985 to 1989.  Mr. Overholt also served as Assistant Judge Advocate General of the U.S. Army from 1981 to 1985.
