Ms. Ravert is familiar with many aspects of commercial real estate and assists in acquisitions of commercial properties and preparation of lender closing documents. She is experienced in evaluating existing leases, mortgage agreements, and business organizational documents for clients. Ms. Ravert routinely advises both lender and developer clients on purchase, sale, loan, and lease issues. She also is experienced in the drafting and review of conveyance, authority, title, survey, condominium, foreclosure, and other real estate documents.
