Mr. Tayloe is leader of the Construction Practice Group. He has handled a wide range of litigation cases over the past 25 years in state and federal courts. Mr. Tayloe has tried numerous complex cases to verdict in the areas of construction, trespass, wrongful timber cutting, boundary lines, easements, complex business litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death. He has extensive experience with lien and other payment disputes and defective workmanship claims. Mr. Tayloe also has significant experience with community associations law, arbitration, and mediation, and has been rated by his peers as being "preeminent" in his fields of law.
