Mr. Johnson is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property Law: Business, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Transactions. His practice experience encompasses all types of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential.  Mr. Johnson assists clients with closing loan transactions, preparing commercial leases for retail and office space, commercial development and financing, and other related real estate issues.  Using his experience from serving on the Greenville City Council and his background in commercial real estate development, Mr. Johnson represents clients in planning, zoning, and land use matters throughout eastern North Carolina. He also has extensive business experience.  Mr. Johnson's experience includes the formation of business entities, contracts, secured transactions and mergers, and business litigation.  He assists clients with issues related to the business operations of all types of businesses, including service and retail, and handles all types of acquisitions, including those related to due diligence.
