Labor and Employment Attorney Jennifer G. Parser Joins Ward and Smith, P.A.

Ward and Smith, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Jennifer G. Parser joined its Labor and Employment Section in January. She will work in the Firm's Raleigh office. Ms. Parser's practice currently is limited to Federal Immigration Law while her license to practice law in North Carolina is pending. Once licensed in North Carolina, Ms. Parser will provide clients with legal direction in a variety of immigration matters, such as attaining employment visas, adjusting statuses, and petitioning for permits.

Ms. Parser received her law degree from Wake Forest University. She is a multilingual attorney with a distinguished list of certificates in Immigration Law, including: Certificate in Public International Law, International Courts of Justice, The Hague; Certificate on E.E.C. Law, London University; and Institut Universitaire de Hautes Études Internationales, Certificate in Comparative Private International Law, Geneva, Switzerland.
