Linda Markus Daniels Named Impact Financial Leader

Ward and Smith, P.A. congratulates attorney, Linda Markus Daniels, for being recognized as an Impact Financial Leader by Business Leader magazine. Among 24 Triangle recipients, Ms. Daniels was acknowledged for her ongoing leadership and commitment to the community.

Ms. Daniels co-founded Daniels & Daniels, P.A., which was the first resident law firm in Research Triangle Park. The attorneys in that firm represented growth companies, founders, management, shareholders, directors and investors in a wide range of technology industries. In 2007, the practice of her prior law firm was merged into that of Ward and Smith, where she is now the head of its Technology Group. Ms. Daniels is the co-chair of the CED's 2008, 25th anniversary Venture Conference. She has received numerous accolades including the N.C. Technology Association Top IT Support Service Provider award, Triangle Business Journal’s top “Women in Business” award, and has been named a Business Leader Magazine “Woman Extraordinaire.” Ms. Daniels was a founding member of the triangle chapter of the Women's Presidents Organization and was selected to represent the North Carolina Bar Association as a delegate on its inaugural exchange mission to Taiwan in 2006 and for its mission to Argentina in 2008.
