Barry P. Harris, IV

Mr. Harris possesses more than 25 years of experience in financial institutions matters. His representations have included banks, broker/dealers, and investment advisors in the conduct of those businesses, including representation before state and federal securities and banking regulators. Mr. Harris has been active in the development and implementation of wealth management business models within financial institutions. He also assists clients with business practices and policies, contract negotiations, and employment issues and policies. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Harris served as general counsel of the retail broker/dealer of a leading financial institution.
