Biography

Mr. Waller's practice experience encompasses various areas of creditors' rights law, including collections, bankruptcy, and lender liability. He regularly represents lenders in various consumer and commercial collection proceedings, including claim and delivery hearings, foreclosures, bankruptcy matters, and adversary proceedings. Mr. Waller also has an active motions practice in both state and federal court. His experience includes representing lenders in commercial loan transactions and litigation in various areas.
