Biography
Ms. Welborn's practice encompasses a broad range of business law matters. She assists clients with identifying, enforcing, and protecting their intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Ms. Welborn counsels clients on business formation; contract drafting and negotiation; settlement agreements; and the merger, acquisition, and sale of businesses. Her creditors' rights practice includes collections, lender liability, and bankruptcy. Ms. Welborn also represents hospitals, physician practices, and other health care providers on health care regulatory matters and general business transactions.
