Jake's practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, including buyer and seller-side real estate purchases and sales, commercial lease drafting, and borrower and lender representation in commercial loans. Jake is certified to provide title counsel and to resolve title issues for buyers, sellers, and lenders.
