John P. Crolle
Mr. Crolle's practice experience encompasses a broad range of business law matters, including start-up businesses, business transfers and acquisitions, and transactional matters, including venture capital, debt, and equity financing transactions. He also counsels hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Crolle was a law clerk for the Honorable Barbara Jackson of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
