Justin M. Lewis
Mr. Lewis's practice experience includes a wide variety of residential and commercial real estate matters, including the representation of sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in the negotiation and preparation of purchase agreements, loan agreements, and leases; the representation of lenders in foreclosure proceedings; and the representation of community associations. He assists developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Lewis also drafts community association and condominium documents as well as representing and advising planned community and condominium associations on a variety of legal matters, including the resolution of community issues and disputes.
