Biography

Mr. Still's practice experience encompasses a broad range of employment law matters. He has represented clients before the District and Superior courts of North Carolina, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Employment Security Commission, and the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Mr. Still also frequently counsels clients on a wide variety of employment law issues, including reductions in force, disciplinary actions and terminations, employee handbooks, and drug testing.  He counsels clients on compliance with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the National Labor Relations Act, the Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act, and the Workers' Compensation Act. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Still served as an intern for Justice Mark Martin of the North Carolina Supreme Court.
