Rendi L. Mann-Stadt

Biography

Ms. Mann-Stadt's practice experience encompasses various aspects of labor and employment law and general litigation matters.  She assists private and public clients with engagement agreements, employee benefits, harassment, employment discrimination, and labor relations issues.  Ms. Mann-Stadt has represented clients before professional boards, administrative agencies, and in state and federal courts in a wide variety of employment matters, including FLSA, FMLA, USERRA, and wrongful discharge.  She also represents clients in general and business litigation matters, including class action matters.
