No attorney-client relationship shall be formed by sending an email to Ward and Smith or to any of its attorneys. An attorney-client relationship may only be established through direct attorney-to-client communication that is confirmed by the execution of an engagement agreement. No action shall be taken as a result of any unsolicited email sent to Ward and Smith, or to any of its attorneys, and the content of such email shall not be considered confidential or privileged.
