Media Mention: "How to Improve North Carolina's Crowdfunding Laws"

Raleigh securities attorney Jim Verdonik is a frequent contributor to Triangle Business Journal.  A recent article published online and in the print edition on June 2 provided his perspective on how to improve North Carolina's crowdfunding laws.  Verdonik contends that although progress has been made on crowdfunding legislation, there remains much to be done including entity selection guidance, redefining filing and waiting periods, and changing requirements on inter-state commerce and reciprocity.  The full article can be viewed with a Triangle Business Journal subscription at this link.
