Attendees will have the opportunity to learn crucial aspects of appellate considerations, including issue preservation, appealability determination, timing for filing a notice of appeal, and enforcement or stay of orders during the appeal process.
Other topics covered during the program will include deposing exporting witnesses, how to prepare for and defend Rule 30(b)(6) Depositions, and ethical obligation and the use of artificial intelligence.
