Ward and Smith is thrilled to open its doors once more for the North Carolina Bar Association ("NCBA") Minorities in the Profession Committee's ("MIP") 1L Interview Day.

This event, taking place on February 22 at our Raleigh office, will bring together almost a dozen law firms and corporations with first-year students from Duke, Elon, Campbell, NC Central, UNC, and Wake Forest Law Schools.

The MIP Interview Day is an extraordinary opportunity for Ward and Smith to demonstrate its commitment to fostering diversity within the legal field. Our partnership with MIP has yielded exceptional outcomes, including the recruitment of brilliant 1L students like Justin Hill, Avery Locklear, and Genesis Torres, all of whom have since joined Ward and Smith as full-time labor and employment attorneys.
