Michael is an innovative executive with over 20 years of demonstrated success in multi-unit operations, successfully leading and managing key human resources functions. Michael has a proven ability to positively affect business performance through the optimization of human capital assets and the application of innovative practices and techniques. Before joining the firm, Michael served for 12 years as the Vice President of Human Resources for a large, private equity owned dental services organization.
