Michael is an innovative executive with over 20 years of demonstrated success in multi-unit operations, successfully leading and managing key human resources functions. Michael is a collaborative, engaging senior HR professional with an aptitude for driving change and performance as well as the ability to strategically and tactically evaluate and implement sophisticated HR programs and initiatives. He provides strategic leadership, vision, and support on people strategies, including workforce planning, organization effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, policy development, and performance management. Before joining the firm, Michael served for 12 years as the Vice President of Human Resources for a large, private equity owned dental services organization.
