Biography

Ms. Harper is the Firm's Legal Recruiting Coordinator.  She is a member of the Firm's Recruiting Committee which collaborates to assess hiring needs and develop practical recruiting strategies to ensure the Firm's recruiting efforts are efficient and effective.  Ms. Harper administers all aspects of the Firm's recruiting processes across all five offices.  She is responsible for 2L, 3L, and Lateral recruiting as well as new attorney on-boarding.  Ms. Harper manages the On-Campus Interview and Summer Associate Programs and coordinates 3L and Lateral candidate interviews.
