Register for One — or Both

Attendees are welcome to register for either conference individually or take advantage of the full day by attending both. Whether your focus is construction law, business planning, or both, there is a session tailored to your needs.

Service Provider Information

Please note that seats at this conference are reserved for construction professionals, closely held business owners, key executives, non-employee owners (including spouses and family members), couples in business together, business or investment partners, and entrepreneurs.

We may open seats for service providers closer to the event.  You will be notified if your registration is accepted and, if so, your registration confirmation will be emailed to you at least five business days prior to the event.

Registration Policies

1. Due to the event’s popularity, we cannot accommodate paralegals, attorneys at private law firms, or law students at this time.
2. Registration is limited to five people per company. If you have more than five people who wish to attend, please contact Laura Hudson to inquire about specialized training for your team.
3. We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason, including service providers or individuals’ affiliation with an organization that is currently adverse to a Ward and Smith client.
4. Please email rsvp@wardandsmith.com if you register and are unable to attend. Substitutions may be requested by sending an email to our team at rsvp@wardandsmith.com with the names of both the original and substitute participants.
5. Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire registration process and received a printable confirmation page and an email confirmation.
