Registration for the Ward and Smith In-House Counsel Seminar is now closed.

The 2026 In-House Counsel Conference on Thursday, October 1, is free to attend and built for attorneys serving in in-house or general counsel roles. Registration is capped at five people per company, so lock in your seats early.

Service Provider Information

Please note that seats at this conference are reserved for attorneys serving in in-house or general counsel roles. We are unable to accommodate service providers, including software sales, insurance, accounting, or banking professionals at this event.

Registration Policies

1. Due to the event’s popularity, we cannot accommodate paralegals, attorneys at private law firms, or law students at this time.
2. Registration is limited to five people per company. If you have more than five people who wish to attend, please contact Laura Hudson (lvhudson@wardandsmith.com) to inquire about specialized training for your team.
3. We reserve the right to refuse registration or admission to anyone for any reason, including service providers or individuals’ affiliation with an organization that is currently adverse to a Ward and Smith client.
4. Please email rsvp@wardandsmith.com if you register and are unable to attend. Substitutions may be requested by sending an email to our team at rsvp@wardandsmith.com with the names of both the original and substitute participants.
5. Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire registration process and received a printable confirmation page and an email confirmation.
