Attorney Allen Trask will deliver a virtual presentation on hemp laws to Campbell Law School alumni on Friday, October 23.
It's a part of the program's annual CLE, where graduates can hear Campbell Law alumni from across the state speak about various hot topics in the legal community. Allen's session is one of six scheduled for the one-day virtual forum. Other topics covered include:
- What plaintiff lawyers need to know about Medicaid/Medicare
- Hot topics in high-level crimes
- Human trafficking
- Hot topics in deposition technology
- The ethics of social media
The Campbell Law Alumni Association CLE is open to all North Carolina attorneys. Current association members can attend the event for free. For nonmembers, the cost is $75 for a half-day and $125 for the full event. Attendees can earn six hours of CLE credit, including one hour of ethics credit. Click here to register.
Allen leads the Firm's Agribusiness Practice Group, and he co-leads its Hemp Law and Community Associations Practice Groups. Allen also serves as the co-Geographic Team Leader for the Firm's Wilmington Office. He earned his law degree from Campbell Law School in 2009.
