Fundraising Through Golf

What is there not to love about the game of golf?

It's the perfect event to have fun and raise money for a great cause. And we're proud to support two special events on Thursday, June 6 that are doing just that.

In Chapel Hill, the Ronald McDonald House Carolina Kids Classic gets underway at 8:30 a.m. with registration, practice, and a golfer's breakfast at the UNC Finely Golf Course. Tee time is at 10 o'clock. The tournament is held every year to raise money for the non-profit, which functions as a home-away-from-home for the seriously ill or injured children and their families. Since it started in 1989, the Caroline Kids Classic has raised more $4 million.

Tickets are still available and can be purchased here.

In Greenville, golfers will tee off for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain 11th Annual Golf Classic. It will be held at the Greenville Country Club. The yearly golf outing benefits the non-profit and its efforts to support more than 3,000 youth each year.

Register today to make a difference in a child's life.
