Gregory T. Peacock has been named as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. The National Elder Law Foundation is the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in this area of the law. Mr. Peacock's practice experience encompasses estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. He is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law and as a Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law. Mr. Peacock has been rated by his peers in Martindale-Hubbell® as "AV® Preeminent™"1 in his fields of law. He frequently lectures to civic and community groups and at continuing legal education seminars on various topics relating to estate planning and administration and Medicaid planning.
