Gregory T. Peacock has been named as a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. The National Elder Law Foundation is the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to offer certification in this area of the law. Certification in elder law, one of the fastest-growing fields in the legal profession, provides assurance that the certified attorney has an in-depth working knowledge of the unique legal issues that impact the elderly.
Mr. Peacock's practice experience encompasses estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. He is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law and as a Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law.
Mr. Peacock frequently lectures to civic and community groups and at continuing legal education seminars on various topics relating to estate planning and administration and Medicaid planning.
