Justin Hill Selected for Leadership Raleigh 53

Justin Hill, an attorney in Ward and Smith’s Raleigh office, has been selected to participate in Leadership Raleigh Cohort 53, a program of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.

Leadership Raleigh is one of the oldest sustained community leadership programs in the country. Over a ten-month period, participants meet regularly with regional business executives, elected officials, and nonprofit leaders to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the Triangle. The program also includes a team-based service project designed to make a tangible impact on the community.

Justin focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, working with businesses, employers, and human resources professionals across North Carolina. He is also a member of the firm’s Professional Licensing group, where he defends licensed professionals before the state’s occupational licensing boards, and its Name, Image, and Likeness Practice Group, which advises businesses and collectives navigating NIL agreements with college athletes. Earlier this year, Hill earned board certification in employment law from the North Carolina State Bar.

Justin joins fellow Ward and Smith attorneys Tyler Russell, Mayukh Sircar, and Devon Williams, who have participated in Leadership Raleigh, continuing the firm’s longstanding involvement in the program.
