A pair of PJs will go a long way to helping those in need this holiday season.
The Coastal Women's Shelter is collecting women's and children's pajamas as part of its annual Operation Jammies. The goal is to deliver sleepwear to families entering the shelter. The non-profit is collecting children's sizes from six months to 16 years of age, both boys and girls, and women's sizes from small to XXL.
Ward and Smith's New Bern office is one of five dropoff sites. The other locations are First Presbyterian Church, Mitchell Hardware, First Citizens Bank, and Keller Williams. The Drive ends December 20.
