Ward and Smith Attorney Joanne Badr Expands Practice to South Carolina

Ward and Smith is pleased to announce that business and real estate attorney Joanne Badr has been admitted to practice law in South Carolina, further strengthening the firm’s ability to serve clients throughout the Southeast, and supporting the continued growth of the firm’s Columbia, South Carolina office, which opened in October 2025.

Joanne works with clients whose projects and operations often cross state lines. Her South Carolina licensure allows her to provide seamless guidance to developers, business owners, lenders, and investors pursuing acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing opportunities across the Carolinas.
