Several Ward and Smith agribusiness attorneys will present an interactive "Ask a Lawyer" session at the conference. This year's conference will take place on February 25 at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
The conference is a day of learning and networking for beginning and experienced farmers, as well as those seriously considering farming as a profession. The conference features over a dozen business and marketing workshops led by regional farmers and business and agricultural professionals on topics ranging from "Selling to Restaurants" to "Farm Business Planning" to "Demystifying Social Media."
