Ward and Smith, P.A. is proud to sponsor Cape Fear Museum's Patio Party on Thursday, March 23, celebrating the Museum's upcoming Smithsonian Institution traveling exhibition Patios, Pools and the Invention of the American Backyard. Tickets are available online.
According to Cape Fear Museum's website, the exhibit is filled with vintage photographs, historic drawings, and period advertisements, and reveals how the suburban backyard became such an integral part of American pop culture. Patio Party attendees will enjoy retro cocktails, thrill of the grill cuisine, mid-century era tunes, and enjoy the exhibit itself. Patios, Pools, & the Invention of the American Backyard is presented by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service and the Smithsonian Garden’s Archive of American Gardens.
