Get ready to dance the night away for a great cause. The American Heart Association is bringing its Heart Ball to Greenville this Saturday, February 17. Ward and Smith proudly sponsors this yearly event, which raises money to support local research on heart disease and strokes. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Stroke is the leading cause of serious long-term disability and kills about 140,000 Americans each year.
Last year, the Heart Ball campaign raised more than $71 million nationwide. This year's event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception and will also have a living auction followed by dancing. It will take place at the Hilton Greenville. Get your tickets now.
