Ward and Smith Tees Up Support for the 6th Annual MOM Golf Tournament

A day on the golf course can be about much more than birdies, bogeys, and bragging rights. At the 6th Annual MOM Golf Tournament, every swing will help support a larger mission: raising funds for disaster relief, scholarships, and mission projects.

Set for Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the Country Club of Johnston County in Smithfield, North Carolina, the tournament will bring together golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and community supporters for a day of friendly competition and meaningful impact. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m., with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start.

Ward and Smith is honored to sponsor this year’s event and join Meherrin on Mission in supporting work that reaches people and communities in real and practical ways. The tournament has grown into a much-anticipated annual outing, combining great food, a silent auction, prizes, and plenty of time on the fairway, all in support of causes that matter.
