June 5, 2026
Ward and Smith is pleased to announce that W. Taylor Pulliam has joined the firm’s Litigation practice group.
Taylor represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of litigation, with experience spanning general liability, premises liability, construction disputes, commercial litigation, and labor law. He has served high-exposure corporate clients, including construction companies, property owners, and domestic and international insurers, guiding them through complex and often high-stakes liability cases.
Taylor brings significant hands-on litigation experience, having managed all stages of the litigation process. Before entering private practice, he served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department. He also gained valuable experience as a judicial intern at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
“Taylor brings a strong foundation in litigation and a practical understanding of how cases progress at both the trial and appellate levels,” said Brad Evans, Co-Managing Director of Ward and Smith. “His background and hands-on experience will be an asset to our clients and to our litigation team as a whole.”
Taylor is based in Ward and Smith’s Raleigh office and will work with clients throughout North Carolina.
