Will Oden Named to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s 2024 Employment Law Power List

Will Oden has been honored with a spot on North Carolina Lawyer Weekly’s Power List for Employment Law. 

This prestigious list recognizes top legal minds who’ve made impactful contributions in their chosen practice areas. As one of just 30 attorneys statewide to receive this honor, Will’s accomplishments are highlighted in a featured article.

Will Oden says that while he “fell into employment law,” it turned out to be a perfect practice area for him.

His colleagues and clients would agree. He is known for his ability to navigate difficult waters without being disagreeable and has made strides in his career that will benefit attorneys for years to come.

Oden was one of three attorneys leading the charge with the North Carolina State Bar in 2023 to establish a specialization program in employment law, which the N.C. Supreme Court approved in March.
