Zac Lamb and Jane Francis Nowell to Speak at 2024 Business Law Section Program

Attorneys Zac Lamb and Jane Francis Nowell are set to deliver a compelling presentation at the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) 2024 Business Law Section Program.

The two-day program, titled “The Times They Are A-Changing for Business Lawyers,”  starts on February 8 at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, NC, and promises to be an insightful gathering for legal professionals seeking to stay abreast of recent changes in state and federal law.

Zac and Jane Francis will lead the opening day of sessions with their presentation “‘Takin’ Care of Business’ Succession: A Case Study,” following the welcome remarks. The aim is to provide attendees with a deep dive into the challenges that families often face when undergoing business succession planning. By presenting a hypothetical case study, the speakers will shed light on the common issues that arise in this context and offer practical methods to help clients overcome these challenges.
