Zachary Lamb to Speak at NCBA'S 39th Annual Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Program

The North Carolina Bar Association is hosting its 39th Annual Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Program on July26-28. This program will cover significant topics regarding estate planning, administration and tax issues.

Attorney Zachary Lamb will be featured as a speaker on July 27. His program, titled "All of Your Clients Don't Have $11,000,000! Tips for Counseling the 99%", which is aimed to every estate planning and fiduciary attorney, will cover how necessary legal counsel is even when estate is not a concern. Through the examination of pre- and post-mortem situations, as well as tac and non-tax issues, Lamb will discuss the different strategies to address when issues are presented and the different benefits of legal counsel.

The three-day event will also host other guest speakers which will discuss topics such as federal and state developments, planning under the new tax act, planning and administration for clients under the 706 filing threshold, intersection of family law and estate planning and more.
