Anna is a trusts and estates attorney dedicated to providing insightful guidance and crafting personalized estate plans aligned with her clients’ objectives. She assists individuals and businesses by drafting essential estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trust agreements, and supporting documents such as durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and advance directives. Anna also provides counsel on administrative efficiency, privacy, asset protection, fiduciary asset management, business succession planning, and tax optimization.

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Anna served as a legal intern to the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina and participated in Ward and Smith’s Summer Associate Program.
