Chloe serves as the Attorney Recruitment and Development Coordinator at Ward and Smith, P.A., where she supports the firm’s efforts to attract, develop, and retain top legal talent. She works closely with the Director of Attorney Talent to coordinate recruiting initiatives and support professional development efforts across the firm.

In her role, Chloe coordinates on-campus outreach and interview programs, callback programs, and lateral hiring initiatives, while also assisting with internal development and engagement programs.

Chloe is an active member of the Triangle Area Legal Recruitment Association (TALRA) and the National Association for Law Placement (NALP).  She received her B.A. in Business from Bridgewater College in 2022.
