Technical Training and Support Specialist

Cortney is the firm’s Technical Trainer and Help Desk Support Specialist.  In this role, she is responsible for providing technical support to the Firm’s end-users as well as designing, implementing, and maintaining training initiatives.  Cortney conducts on-demand training, develops learning programs, resolves technical challenges, coordinates and runs monthly training workshops, delivers thorough onboarding for new team members, and maintains up-to-date technical resources.

Before this role, Cortney was a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal, focusing on trusts and estates for the firm.
