- The best thing about Ward and Smith is the people. Everyone is passionate about the clients and the law.
- I became a lawyer because I have always enjoyed persuading people to agree with me. I also enjoy solving puzzles in innovative ways, finding ways to explain complex matters in understandable ways, reading, and writing. I find the law fascinating and enjoyed court watching. Being a lawyer has always been my dream career.
- One surprising thing people don’t know about me is that I rarely buy bread, because I prefer to bake it. There is nothing more satisfying (or delicious) than fresh baked bread! My favorite breads to bake are sourdough, sandwich loaves, and baguettes.
- I would most like to live in Amsterdam. I went during undergraduate, and it was so beautiful. The rivers through the city, the bikers, the parks, the architecture, and the people watching were incredible.
- My favorite character in fiction is Holden Caulfield. While he could be whiny at times, I appreciated his representation of growing up and working through trauma. Overall, I found him to be sympathetic and misunderstood. I also think he is an excellent example of how experiences can shape a person’s actions and outlook.
