Jenn joined Ward and Smith in 2014 as a Real Estate Paralegal. She assists with title clearing, title insurance commitments, obtaining loan document packages, and process settlement statements. Jenn works directly with clients and lenders on loans, including purchasing and refinances, and working with clients to obtain and close on reverse mortgages. She is a North Carolina Notary Public.
