Joanne joined Ward and Smith in 2024 as a Creditors’ Rights paralegal in the Raleigh office.  She brings more than 30 years of experience in the areas of bankruptcy and litigation.

When not supporting the firm’s Creditors’ Rights attorneys, Joanne enjoys good movies and hanging out at the RV campground with a book, her dog, and her husband of more than 25 years.
