Leslie has been with Ward and Smith, P.A. for 11 years in various roles, six of tSocial Imagehose years spent as a member of the Government Relations team.  She is responsible for all lobbyist and principal compliance filings to the NC Board of Elections and Ethics Enforcement and Federal government.  She provides research supporting legislative strategies; PAC/campaign finance; and monitors/analyzes legislation and actions of elected officials and governmental entities that impact clients.
