Sarah Boyd Smith joined Ward and Smith as a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates practice group in 2023. She worked as an Estate Planning and Estate Administration paralegal at another Asheville law firm for several years prior to joining Ward and Smith, where she also assisted with real estate seller document preparations and other matters.  She now assists attorneys solely with estate planning, estate administration, and trust matters. Sarah earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from South College Asheville and is a Notary Public.
