Stacey joined Ward and Smith with extensive law firm experience and Human Resources experience in healthcare. As a key player on the HR team, Stacey’s emphasis is on staff recruiting and onboarding. She ensures new hires have the tools, resources, and support they need from day one to succeed in their careers at Ward and Smith. She is also responsible for working with the HR Manager to conduct market-based research, employee relations, and wellness-related activities.
