Susan has more than 25 years of experience as a paralegal.  She assists the business attorneys with entity formations, mergers and acquisitions and sales of businesses, entity dissolutions, and corporate maintenance documentation, as well as vessel documentation for our boat clients.  She also assists our tax attorneys with the preparation and filing of fiduciary income tax returns.
